Adjust Store Hours

There are 2 ways to adjust store hours; Opening Hours and Special Hours. Special hours are used for holidays or other periods. Opening Hours should be used as your regular working hours.

  1. Login to your Online Ordering account at and go to the Settings page. (Gear Icon on the left).

  1. Click on the Location dropdown. Within this dropdown, you can also change your Store Address and Phone Number.

  2. Opening hours should be used to adjust your regular store hours. Your store will NOT be able to accept orders during closed times. Times must be entered in a 24H format (e.g. 21:00 for 9:00 pm).

  1. Special Hours should be used to adjust hours during special circumstances (e.g. Christmas, Holidays). If you are going to close down early for a day, consider using this option. Click "Add Special Hours Slot, the adjust the Date, Open Time, and Close Time. If you are open, be sure to check the Opened Toggle. Be sure to Click Save.
