Full Refunds via Stripe

How to refund full payments made by customers.

Canceling an Order does NOT automatically refund the customer. Refunds need to be triggered manually.

Refunds are IRREVERSIBLE. Once a refund has been issued, it cannot be undone.

  1. Login to your Online Ordering account at and go to the Orders page.

  1. Select the Order you'd like to refund. Click on the order then select Details.

  1. Once the information pops up, click Actions, then select Refund Stripe Payment.

If the Refund Stripe Payment is not an option for you, please select Partial Refunds Via Stripe. You will be able to make partial and full refunds from the next instruction sheet.
