Partial Refunds via Stripe

How to refund partial or full payments made by customers via the Online Payments dashboard in

Must be set up with Stripe+ in order to issue refunds directly within your online ordering platform.

If you are not set up on Stripe+ please call (702) 872-1131 or book an appointment here: Book Appointment. You can also only issue partial refunds within your Stripe account.

How to issue partial or full refunds from your Online Ordering Dashboard.

  1. Login to your Online Ordering account at admin.thefoodygram.com and go to the Online Payments page. If you do not have this page you can only issue partial refunds within your Stripe account. Please book an appointment with us to get you set up on Stripe+.

  1. Once here click Filters. Set the date frame to an appropriate timeframe in which the order was placed. You may also set other filters based on the criteria of the order. Click search. Once complete, give it a minute to load. It may take a few seconds, this is normal.

  1. Once selected, click on the 3/4 circle to the right. This will prompt a window to open.

  1. Enter the amount to be refunded in the Refund Amount form at the bottom of the window. You can enter the full amount or a portion. Select a reason. Click refund.
